Quick start
Create an account, connect an AI tool, and ask your first compliance question.
Join or create your organization
Sign up with your company email. If your organization already uses SpecMCP, request access to its workspace; otherwise create a new organization. An administrator can invite further team members from Team in the dashboard.
Every new account starts with a free trial of 100 tool calls, no credit card required, so you can complete the steps below before subscribing.
Connect an AI tool
Open Connections in the dashboard and select your tool. OAuth is the recommended method when it is available: it opens the normal SpecMCP sign-in and does not expose a long-lived token in your client configuration.
Choose a tool-specific guide under Connect your AI tool. For clients that do not support OAuth, create a personal access token only when prompted and copy it immediately.
Ask a focused question
Start with a question that names the product, provider, feature, or known requirement ID.
Which certification scope is relevant for a TI-Messenger client, and which mandatory requirements should we review for message authentication? For a known requirement, ask directly for the ID:
Show me A_22793-01, including its current version and referenced specifications.Verify the result
Ask your assistant to state which specs or scope it used, distinguish binding material from drafts, and link back to the relevant requirements. See Run a compliance check for a repeatable workflow.
Treat personal access tokens as secrets
Copy a token only into the client configuration that needs it. Never commit it, share it in chat, or reuse it for another person.
